The basis of industrial data is the accuracy of the data source.The traditional test method of parts size is measured by device firstly,after that,manually record and input to computer,not only this way increase labor costs,but also increase the error rate.Meanwhile,with the development of Ethernet technology,the use of network interconnection devices based on Ethernet is becoming more and more popular.Under this background,putting forward industrial Internet and industry 4 make the development of industry break through the connotation of traditional “manufacturing”,and make manufacturing and production more intelligent and low cost,there is a great significance for the expansion of production capacity and healthy development when the labor costs increase increasingly.Although it is a trend to make all devices access to the network,however,the mode of equipment communication is still developing and improving.Serial communication has the advantages of simple transmission protocol and high reliability,easy implementation and high security in the near distance data communication etc.At present,there are many domestic and foreign terminal units still using the traditional RS-232 and RS-485 asynchronous serial interface.However,there are many defects in serial communication,such as short transmission distance,no access to the main network,and the serial communication connection does not support plug and play,which brings great inconvenience to the debugging process.And the collection data of part size is not only to judge whether the parts are qualified or not,but also to analyze the data of part size and adjust the production situation.The matching of hole and axis is exactly an important problem in data analysis,which the traditional solution is to match arbitrarily or by grouping.But this strategy is hard difficult to take into account the matching accuracy and cost in the situation of high precision requirements.The research of this thesis is based on the realistic problem of data acquisition and analysis of parts in the industry,along with most of the measurement equipment which integrates the serial port but disconnects networking.The design of data acquisition and analysis system based on multi-serial port turn to Ethernet can be on the base of no need to replace the traditional testing equipment,which using the testing device of serial communication to realize the serial communication data that can be transmitted in real time through Ethernet.It can eliminate the limitation of the transmission distance of original serial interface,and realize the network management and monitoring of the serial interface device.Besides,it can be used the collection hole and axis data to analyze the matching of hole and axis.This thesis proposes the overall architecture of the data acquisition and analysis system based on multi-serial port turn to Ethernet,and using the MC-A5D3-GKA board and the MC-A5D3-CORE core board designed by Mai Chong Company as the hardware supporter,transmitting the serial data to Ethernet using embedded Linux real-time multi-task operating system.Besides,developing the upper computer software to collect data and display the collected data by C#,In addition,use SQL SERVER 2012 database as the backstage supporter data storage and front-end data display media.After collecting the data of hole and axis diameter,putting forward that using genetic algorithm which is an intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the problem of matching hole and axis,in order to achieve the optimized target that the successful matching is maximum on the batches of hole and axis,and let the gap between the hole and axis minimum under the circumstance of successful matching maximum.Comparing with the results of traditional matching,the matching rate is greatly improved on the basis of ensuring matching accuracy.At the same time,the effective matching also reduces the deviation of hole and axis matching process to a certain extent.
