With the development of science and technology, the car plays an increasingly important role in people’s daily life as a major means of transport. The rapid increase in the vehicle at the same time, it also brings many problems. In the field of transport, resulting in tens of thousands of people killed each year due to traffic accidents. With the improvement of living standards, it is becoming more and more urgent demand for fast and convenient communication need to provide more and more services in vehicular networks. Therefore, the vehicular networks technology has gained widespread attention, moving in the direction of the development of intelligence and networking.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the vehicular netwoks and a detailed description of the domestic and foreign vehicle netwoks, simple introduction to the vehicle netwoks summarizes its scope of application. Through the comparison of several other short-distance communication technology, the introduction of the ZigBee technical and detailed introduction to its network model. In protocol stack structure, Described mainly on the physical layer, MAC layer, network layer and application layer, in order to deepen understanding of the ZigBee protocol stack layer structure. In the vehicular netwoks of routing algorithm, describes several common routing algorithm and compares these algorithms, summarizes the characteristics of vehicular netwoks routing algorithm. This article is on the basis of AODVjr routing algorithm, an improved AODVjr algorithm. Because of the AODVjr algorithm cause broadcast storms existed in the RREQ packet flooding problems as well as node transmits data can consume a lot of energy in the process, will result in the transport of energy shortage in a particular node in the path, Interrupt communication between the vehicle and the vehicle, the vehicle and the coordinator. In addition, also affects the accuracy of data transfer. The location information of the car in the vehicular networks is known, by using the position information can greatly reduce the generation of the the RREQ packet flooding problem, avoid RREQ broadcast storm generated in-vehicle network. This article combinations of the node location information multiple paths and energy issues to improve AODVjr algorithm, improved network data transmission accuracy and minimizes communication latencies. First, the overall design of the on-board network hardware and software, hardware is made up of four parts:data acquisition module, a microprocessor module, wireless communication modules and power modules. A8-bit microprocessor module MC9S08GT60used, enabling the information collected for processing and use MCI3192send and receive data. In Wireless communication modules, using Freescafe company2.4GHz frequency transceiver, the information collected on the sensor in the wireless communication module, transmitting and receiving. Power modules use the AMS1117IC,3.3V power supply.
