With the advent of the Internet of Things era,wireless sensors are becoming more and more widely used in various industries.In industrial production,the Internet of Things technology is also slowly being applied to all links in production to improve the efficiency of industrial production.Among them,in the field of industrial automation control,the remote industrial data monitoring system has always been a research hotspot.With the German "Industry 4.0" concept and "Made in China 2025" plan put forward,the development of the Industrial Internet of Things is about to open a new chapter.This article builds an industrial data monitoring system for data collection,data collection,and remote data transmission that is applicable in the industrial production environment.Based on Zigbee networking technology,it builds a low-level wireless data collection network.After converging data to the central node,the data is transmitted through LTE.The network realizes remote data upload,uses the industrial Internet of Things technology in industrial production,processing and manufacturing,and realizes the digitalization,informationization and intelligence of traditional production,processing and manufacturing.Under the premise of not changing the original production equipment and production technology,effectively improve the production efficiency and management level of the factory.In addition to the design and construction of the system,this article also starts with the routing technology of the ZigBee network,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing routing algorithms of Cluster-Tree,AODVjr,and ZBR,and then proposes a broadcastrestricted routing algorithm.The problem of unnecessary energy consumption caused by packet flooding is optimized.According to the parent-child structure relationship of the nodes in the ZigBee network,the restriction of the RREQ packet transmission direction is realized,and the ZigBee node address allocation strategy is used to obtain the hop limit of the RREQ packet.Effectively limit the maximum number of hops of RREQ packets,reduce the redundant propagation of RREQ packets,and extend the survival time of ZigBee networks.And through the NS-2 network simulation platform,the broadcast restriction routing algorithm and the existing ZBR algorithm are compared and simulated,and the packet delivery rate,end-to-end delay,node survival rate,network remaining energy,and RREQ packet transfer times are performed Performance comparison analysis.Simulation results show that the improved broadcast-restricted routing Suner method can effectively reduce the number of RREQ packet propagations during the route discovery phase,effectively reduce network energy consumption,and extend the network life cycle.
