The Application Research Of Project Management On The Offline Catalog Of New Media In Media Data Management

The offline catalog project of new media medium resource management system is theactual requirement of my company, the large project department of Guang Dong southerntelevision station. The information cataloging services volume have reached3000hourswhich including news and information programs in1350hours, special programme in600hour, movie,variety show and children’s program in150hours at the moment. In order tomeet the requirement of growing for the business and improve the management of mediaassets and application efficiency, moreover, considering the lack of the equipment and workspace, my company outsource these works to a professional cataloging company. Meanwhile,the pattern of offline catalogue project will help to enhance the information safety and theprotect the media asset.In order to ensure the efficient and orderly development, Guangdong Southern TVproject department established offline cataloging project group.
