In recent years, the development ofe-government greatly increased the efficiency of government agencies and service image.However, due to widespread use of e-government system is wired network communicationsand field operation mode, Government officials once they leave office, it will be difficult toget the government and relevant units of real-time information, resulting in delays ininformation and decision-making. Mobile government is based on mobile communicationwireless Internet platform developed modern electronic office system, through which thegovernment among civil servants, can be anywhere between the government and the publicto achieve mutual transmission of information to rid itself of the shackles of a wired network.Can be expected, with the development of mobile government, the civil service office willget rid of space constraints, but people can also take advantage of a variety of places at anytime for a variety of mobile communication terminals affairs.In this paper, Liwan district government office automation system design andimplementation as the background for a lot of business before the systems are based onWindows or LINUX platform applications, B/S structure can be hand-held PC, Windowsoperating system, Tablet PCs and other mobile terminal to carry out mobile office, but forsome C/S structure of the system, or use the IOS, Android phones and other systems suchas mobile terminals are temporarily unable to support the mobile office and other issues,through cooperation with the relevant enterprises using mobile office PUSH technology,proposed and involved in developing mobile office solution, designed the system database,based on the analysis of the system, and finally test the system and problems in thedevelopment process are summarized.
