Design And Implementation Of Government Mobile Automation Office System Based On Android Technology

Government mobile automatic office system,based on the existing e-government,with the advantages of mobile terminals and wireless Internet,further improves the efficiency of government office and provides better service for the public.This article mainly uses the Android technology and the J2 EE technology to carry on the research of the government mobile automatic office system.In this paper,based on the system requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing software engineering method,the government mobile automatic office system is studied.First of all,through the analysis of the overall demand for mobile government office automation system,analyzed the use of user requirements using UML technology the use case diagram of mobile government office automation system,determine the functional requirements of mobile government office automation system including mobile office system and system maintenance subsystem two aspects.According to the actual needs of users,the system performance analysis,system analysis and the feasibility of the building;secondly,through the analysis of the principle of government office automation mobile system construction,design the overall framework of the system,system process and system network architecture,flow diagram,sequence diagram,activity diagram method and using UML technology analysis system modeling design,database design and Research on mobile government office automation system;finally,using J2 EE technology,and UML technology in the timing diagram,flow chart and other tools for maintenance of mobile office system and subsystem of document processing,schedule management,bulletin management,conference management,mail management and notes management user management,role management,department management and information maintenance function to achieve the development of.Through the mobile office automation system test results show that the mobile government office automation system in this research to meet the needs of users of the system,can be very good to improve the efficiency of government,achieve the goal of system construction.
