Circuseeing is the power, and circuseeing is changing China. Microblog is the representative of the we-media. its propagation has features of spontaneity, convenience, fragmentation and circling-grouping, leading to that the supervision by public opinions from microblog shows a feature differing from that of traditional news media, manifesting mainly popularization of the watchdogging subjects, universal of the objects watchdogged, being less cost of watchdogging and facilitation of watchdogging process. The supervision by public opinions from microblog contributes to decentralization of propagating right and speaking right, expression of public opinions and realizing the right of public oversight. Meanwhile, as a new thing, the watchdog of public opinions from microblog has not been perfect yet, being with problems of the dilemma of credibility, the dilemma of watchdogging limitation and ethical dilemma, etc. These problems are analyzed in this paper and the path explore is provided from multi-angle.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I, the introduction part, describes the significance to research issues of the supervision by public opinions from microblog as well as research status, research methods and innovations. Chapter11introduces concepts and theories related. Theories related are mainly the theory of the right of the supervision by public opinions and the theory of Communication Science. Chapter Ⅲ analyzes four features and two functions of the supervision by public opinions from microblog. Chapter IV analyzes real conditions and the status quo of rising of the supervision by public opinions from microblog. Chapter V. the last one, the path to solve is given for dilemmas of the supervision by public opinions from microblog.
