The Problems And Countermeasures Of News Public Opinion Supervision Under The New Media Environment

With the rapid development of the Internet,great changes have taken place in the dissemination mechanism of information.The new media environment which based on Internet technology and the mobile terminal platform injected new power for the supervision by public opinion,also brought huge challenge and impact to the original supervision system as well.Compared to traditional media,Internet has taken the position of the largest export of public opinion in contemporary society.The development of new technology,the degree of dissemination and permeability has a directly profound influence to the existing pattern of supervision system,making the supervision pattern of executive authority power presents a brand-new situation.In this context of above-mentioned,this paper will take comparative study,literature research,case studies and other research methods.The Paper will first introduce the concept and morphological characteristics of new media,and make horizontal contrast to original ones,grasping the emphasis in response scheme of regulation at various stages.Secondly,based on the relevant theory of executive authority power supervision,the paper clearly explains its connotation,manners and effects.Then a case study on executive supervision by public opinion is made to find their problems and drawbacks under the executive power supervision mechanism.Finally,from the analysis of pros and cons of the impacts of new media and new features after its emergence,it specifically addresses the existing problems of executive supervision by public opinion.The key issue to be addressed in this article is,using the paramount important media in affairs management,how itself maximize its positive power and eliminate the negative influence,and find suitable methods and strategies to make it standardized.
