With the level of medical technology and the growing medical device hardware and software level has been rapid development. Especially in medical imaging technology research is being more and more experts are concerned. Medical imaging technique involves the knowledge of many fields, such as medicine, computing, and digital image processing and other fields of knowledge; addition, as data storage technology widely used in medical treatment, more and more medical image data is stored in the repository in the calculation of the medical data presented with the high demand. In this paper, three-dimensional reconstruction techniques and medical data problems through improved algorithms and improved data processing speed combination to solve existing problems. First, we optimize and improve the traditional Cutting Plane algorithm is proposed based on Matrix Operation of the cutting plane interpolation method. The most prominent three-dimensional interpolation algorithm has the advantage of easily ported to the GPU execution, which greatly improves the efficiency of three-dimensional interpolation; Second, the article for the doctors in the medical diagnostic process is difficult to quickly and accurately obtain the relevant pathogens to mention the image information problem, through the geometric contour model and C_V model improvement is proposed based RIS (regional Information Statistics) level set image segmentation algorithm, an effective realization of the three-dimensional image segmentation and extraction; Third, the use of OpenGL graphics processor (GPU) hardware accelerated, multi-threaded through the GPU parallel computing capabilities, allowing massive image data fast rendering and efficient rendering as possible; Fourth, this paper presents a three-dimensional model of human-computer interaction. The design idea of the model are:the plane of the mouse movement into three-dimensional movement, the main function of drag, translation and rotation; Finally, the paper’s final work on research projects and studies to summarize the content and look forward to medical imaging the future of technology trends.
