With the development of sensor technologies,piezoelectric multi-axis force sensor,which transfers the information of force and torque into electric signal,obtained more and more attention.Especially with the development of robot technology,to realize intelligent and human-like robot,piezoelectric multi-axis force sensor applications has become increasingly widespread.But so far both inland and abroad ,versus multi-axis force sensor calibration just restricted to static state standardization , versus multi-axis force sensor transducer dynamic characteristics research less, furthermore many manufacturer " silence sign employ " had a strong impact on feedback control information,wherefore research multi-axis force sensor static and dynamic calibration system appear ingravescent.The article analyses piezoelectricity many multi-axis force sensor static and dynamic calibration parameter indices,labour sensorstatic and dynamic indicator count and solve.Design data acquisition system,static static parameter calibration module, dynamic calibration module ,interval sampling technique realize versus sensor electrically output signal real time indifference collection.Carried out the correlation experiment test under the current experimental conditions.This article mostly finished work has hereinafter several aspect:①Analyzed multi-axis force sensor silence dynamic standardization both here and abroad research actuality.②Design data acquisition system combine handgrip passage interval application to data acquisition system middle procure corking effect.③Under virtual instrumental platform,invoke matlab solve calibration coefficient matrices,did dependent program design.④Carried out multi-axis force sensor transducer standardization systemic design , debugging emulation test work under the current experimental conditions.
