With the rapid development of higher education, scientific research has played amore and more important role in higher education. Under this background,universityteachers’ research task becomes harder, as well as the number of materials for scientificresearch has been increased dramatically. Microsoft Office and traditional manualmanagement mode have been unable to meet the needs of current scientific researchmanagement. Therefore, there is an urgent need to build university scientific researchmanagement information system platform. In this paper, the Shijiazhuang InformationEngineering Vocational College scientific research management information system isestablished based on the actual situation of research management. The establishment ofthe system not only can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of scientific researchmanagement, but also can provide a scientific basis for deciding on managementorganization and the coordination of scientific research work.In this paper, on the basis of full investigation and analysis of user needs, usingASP.NET technology has developed a set of scientific research management system basedon B/S architecture. This system has realized the teacher information management;online application for subject, the results query, intermediate inspection, concludingidentification, topic query and statistics report; Paper information and school-basedteaching materials of information input, auditing, query and statistics report, informationanalysis and decision functions. In order to improve the expansibility and easymaintainability of the system and the simplicity of the code, this system uses a three-tierarchitecture model, and establishes the helper classes in each layer, the business entity,general class library and database access. In order to achieve the analysis anddecision-making functions in paper management module, this system uses themultidimensional Apriori algorithm in mining and analyzing data of teachers’ professionaltitles, educational background, published paper grades. On the basis of data cleaning,conversion and integration, after many candidate combination of connection and deletedcorrelation, this system gets the candidate set and its support count and thus generatefrequent item sets, and finally by setting the minimum support threshold and minimumconfidence threshold, generate association rules. In this way, it can dig out the teachers’scientific research ability and their inherent relations among the papers published.Through the development of the scientific research management system, the expected objective is basically achieved and the labor intensity of scientific research managementdepartment is greatly reduced. For the scientific management level and decision abilityenhanced, the system plays a positive role.
