Design And Development Of Intelligent Kotofusas Management System

In recent years, with the development of education, Optimize of the use of the resources of the teaching space management becomes more and more important in school management area.In college of art, the small classrooms for vocal and Instrumental music teaching are called "Kotofusas", they are important practical training venues.In traditional management of kotofusas, the efficiency use of place is very low, and is hard to manage.How to use new ideas and new technology to improve and create method, model of management to resolve the effciency problem has become a important task for the manager.This project comes from the requirment of kotofusas management reform, the supervisor hopes to use the information and electronical technology, with economic levers, excitation mechanism and more completely management system, to improve the effeciency of the kotofuse utilization. At the same time, supervisor can improve the ability of synthesize management and level of education management by steady the transfer courses management, check on work attendance management, security management, data statistics and analysis.The system is developed on Windows operating system, uses C/S model. It make SQL Server2005as the database platform, use Visual Studio2010to be the development Tools, C/C++to be the development of language and MFC to be the development framework. Based on integrated with Mifare IC solution from the third-party, so as to achieve each functional module with high efficiency and stability.Nowadays, the kotofusas management system has been put in use in the college. It greatly simplified the teaching management. The teachers and the students can use the kotofusas more conveniently. Also, it made an inventory of teaching recources and saved the teaching management cost. At the same time, it improved the management efficiency.
