Design And Implementation Of Information System Of Wenshan Local Taxation Bureau Printed Invoice

With the rapid development of informatization technology and the progress in the information age, the revenue from manual management gradually developed into integrated information management automation, specialization, refinement. In the current informatization construction substantially forward under the background of the times, the construction of tax informatization is the cause of response to the demand of times development, is to strengthen tax collection and management quality, provides the high quality requirement of service tax. Tax invoice management is an important part of tax management, billing information system through the development of Wenshan Local Taxation, to promote the use of general printed invoice, can effectively prevent false invoices, guarantee the authenticity of billing content, and according to the monitoring of sources of billing information system, to play a "invoices control tax-collection" role, then realizes that the government rent sector wealth for the country, regulating the economic mission.In order to improve the level of invoice management state of Wenshan Local Taxation Bureau, build open information management platform. This paper carries out a detailed analysis and design to the invoice information system. According to the actual situation of Wenshan state taxpayers, tax management system is divided into the B/S architecture and C/S architecture of the invoice end end. It can realize the invoice sold, invoices purchasing, invoicing, rubric strike, void, information query and other functions. The receipt information management system using JAVA programming language tax management end, use Microsoft SQL Server2000database to store data of invoice management; using C#programming language invoice end, use the MS SQL Server Desktop Engine database to store invoice data.This paper introduces the key technologis used in teh system development,the system requirement is analyzed in detail, from the perspective of system implementation introduces the system architecture, the sub module of the system operation flow chart, part of the code and interface of system, and designs the test cases to test. Full demand analysis and rigorous design have been done in the progress of Wenshan invoice printing system. Up to now, the information system has received taxation officials and the taxpayers’positive evaluation, improved taxing efficiency and quality of the tax-collecting service.
