| To ensure the authenticity of cargo tax invoices, the State Taxation Bureaudecides to use tax control apparatus in domestic highway and river transportationbusiness. This cargo tax invoice system could significantly improve the quality andefficiency of tax collection, and transforms the traditional manual collection methodsto a modern informational way.Firstly, by introducing the current cargo tax invoices’ problems, and electronicinvoicing and electronic tax billing research status, this article proposed a cargo taxinvoice system. Then, through the technology analysis of Enterprise ServicesArchitecture-J2EE, application server-WebLogic, database-Oracle, combined withbusiness requirement analysis of the cargo invoicing and the definition of businessprocess, this paper designed and realized a feasible system software, interfaces anddatabases of the cargo tax invoicing system. To verify its technical feasibility, wedeployed and tested the cargo invoice tax systems in Shaanxi Local Taxation Bureau.Based on actual business needs, our cargo tax invoice system could prompt themanagement skills and play a positive role to ensure the authority of tax laws andregulations. Also could protect the citizens’ legitimate rights and the interests of thestate’s tax. |
