Design And Implementation Of OA Oriented Collaborative Management System For Enterprise

Therefore, this paper focus on the design and implementation of the OA oriented collaborative management system, the main research contents and achievement including the following aspects:1.This article firstly makes a research on the system requirement and the business procedure of the collaborative management system, as well as the database technology, user rights management technologies and Web technology. And then makes a deeply study on the system design methods and ideas, including the overall system architecture, software level, the function modules and system databases. Through research, this paper finally gives a reasonable and comprehensive design proposal for the collaborative management system.2.This article makes a research on the system implementation method of the OA oriented collaborative management system.Based on B/S architecture, and using the ASR.NET technology and SQL Server database technology, this article give a system implementation scheme for the OA oriented collaborative management system, including the implementation of the system interface, business logic and database processes to achieve realization. Through this research, will be giyen a set to meet the needs of general business,integrated document flow function, announcement function and intemal office mail-enabled enterprise collaborative management system. Through this research, this article ultimately give a reasonable and complete design proposal for the OA oriented collaborative management system. This could provide some theoretical support for the development of office automation systems, as well as provide a reference to related systems developers, so it has great theoretical significance. Also, through this research, and ultimately also provides an integrated set of document circulation features, announcements functions and internal mail functions to meet the needs of general business enterprise office collaborative management system. This system is able to direct business-oriented applications to deploy and use, so as to solve practical problems in the development of office automation, with great practical significance.
