The Construction Of Goverment Public Relations In The Era Of Goverment Affairs Microblog:Framework And Case Analysis

Microblog, as a new media that only enjoys6years’development, based on its booming development, has caught the attention from academic circle and business circle and triggered a new research trend. However, the research on micro-blog is in the starting stage. Judged from the current research situation, generally speaking, it’ s still lack of theoretical depth and has a lot of issues to be researched and solved. Government microblog, as a new kind of microblog, has even shorter development period, while the research on it is still in the primary stage. Judged from the current research achievements, the definition of government microblog still suffers unclear determination while the relationship between government microblog, government public relationship and official’s microblog cannot be fully distinguished. As a result, it needs further, standard and systematical researches. What’s more, the researches on government microblog are even less. Firstly, this paper, after taking government microblog’s significance in building government public relationship in new media age as target, through referring to the documents and materials on government public relationship and government microblog, introduces the definition and functions of government public relationship and government microblog and researches into features of government public relationship building under the circumstance of government microblog. Secondly, by taking Safe Beijing and Safe Zhaoqing government microblog as examples, this paper analyzes the current status of government microblog and the relationship between government and the public and summarizes the existed issues of government microblog in China after combining governance example. Based on the researches into interaction between government and the public, the correlated microblog user group, way of speaking and way of spreading, this paper finally puts forward to solution to improve government public relationship in government microblog.
