With the continuous popularization of mobile Internet,various mobile phone network applications are continuously launched,the usage rate is increasing year by year,and the number of Internet users is also expanding.In order to comply with the changes of the times,the government departments have better communicated with the masses and have begun to use the new network technology platform to provide public services to the public.Among them,government microblog,as one of the major communication platforms for political and civilians,has received wide attention from the society.As an important way to convey information,collect public opinion,exchange and interact,and solve problems for the people,the government microblog provides great convenience for government departments to release information,and also enables the public to have a direct dialogue with the government.This mode of online equal communication enables the public to speak and speak,so that the government can hear the most authentic voice of the people,thus helping the government understand the implementation of the policy,improve various policy guidelines,and popularize the core values of the government.To mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the people in politics.Under this new type of government service model,it is easier to improve the transparency and openness of the government and establish a trustworthy image of the Sunshine Government.However,according to the "2016 China Urban E-Government Development Level Survey Report",the frequent use rate of government microblog is significantly lower than other government affairs new media platforms such as government online service halls,government applications,etc.In terms of satisfaction,government microblog Performance is not good either.This shows that the government microblog has to be improved and improved in the service level.It should be based on the continuous satisfaction of user needs,enhance the stickiness of government microblog users,reduce the user's use burnout,and prevent users from withdrawing from the government microblog platform.The behavior of other new government media has taken place.Firstly,this paper analyzes and defines the related concepts of government microblog using burnout,and combines the stress source-strain-result framework and plan behavior theory to build the influence of government microblog user burnout based on the use of burn-in of government microblog users.The factors and the conceptual model of the consequences,from the three pressures of behavioral attitude pressure,subjective normative pressure and perceived behavior control pressure,classify the four factors of social overload,information overload,system function overload and privacy concerns.Secondly,the respondents from different occupations and educational backgrounds were selected from the online and offline as the research objects.The questionnaires were used to collect data,and the structural equation model was used to analyze the formation process and consequences of the use of government microblog.The research results show that the perceptual behavior control pressure is the main factor causing users to use burnout.Users who use burnout on government microblog are more likely to choose to abandon the use of government microblog and turn to others.New media for government affairs.Finally,based on the research results,it proposes feasible countermeasures for the optimization and optimization of government microblog.From the aspects of perfecting the government microblog platform itself and improving user literacy,it explores ways to improve users' enthusiasm for using government microblog and enhance the attractiveness of government microblog platform.way.In order to make the government microblog better play its service functions and improve the efficiency of government work.
