With into the21st century, the computer technical has reached in rapid development, and computer network technology has also been greatly improved. For each unit, an urgent need, business information processing, integration, improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, units. Collaborative management system came into being. Based on the development of the Internet, making the development of collaborative management system had to be combined with internet technology.In this thesis, design and implementation of collaborative management system is an information sharing system based on WEB technology, built on top of the Internet environment. The system uses the currently more popular B/S (Browser/Server) and three-tier structure. This system is developed under the Windows Xp operating system..NET as a development platform using C#development language, the use of SQL SERVER2005database, IIS as a server. Complete the following six modules: document receipt module, enterprise information management module, management module of the work schedule, the work of the document management module, e-mail module and other functional modules. Other functional blocks, including Notepad memo function, small secretary prompt information functions, and address book functionality.This paper first introduces the research background and research status of collaborative management system, and then gives a detailed functional requirements and non-functional requirements for collaborative management system, and on a needs analysis based on the carried out the detailed design, database design. At last, we complete the collaborative management system and then test the each module.
