With its cheap cost and high performance, computer has been widely used in many areas,leading to a convenient life for us. It can reduce tedious artificial work, save much time andimprove working efficiency with large, safe and reliable storage capacity. But now, the powermanagement systems still rely on the traditional paper-based documents, which is bothtime-consuming and inefficient. In terms of management and query, it is quite inconvenient.However, it is a little costly for a small park to buy a large power management system.Therefore, a lightweight system is needed to meet the requirements of small parks. Thefunctions of the system interface is designed using ASP.NET technology, using SQLServer2005as the backstage database server, to ensure good stability of data security and datastorage, at the same time, starting from the characteristics of the system, system testingmethods were introduced. The system analysis and design has the advantages of good stability,high efficiency and reliability, good expansibility, high practical value, to meet the systemneeds completely.In this paper, a power management system is designed with abilities of power calculationand statistic. For residential users, electricity bills can be paid on line through this system withdetail on charge and power consumption. For administrators, the system can help toadministrate residential users, with the capabilities of power consumption import and userinformation check and export.This paper is organized as following:First, the requirements on power calculation and statistical system are analyzed and thehardware and software to implement the system are chosen.Second, the architecture of the B/S model power calculation and statistical system isdesigned including the general framework, the system process, the function process andcomponent process.In addition, an efficient database for storing and querying is proposed with detailedexpatiation on each component respectivelyLast but not least, according to the basic process of software development, the test planand implementation process are finalized. Additionally, the maintenance specification during operation is explained in detail.The system using the computer management, improve the efficiency of work, guaranteethe security of the information, to improve the accuracy of the information. Theimplementation shows that this system can facilitate power management greatly and ensurereal-time performance, responsiveness, security and effectiveness.
