In recent years, with the domestic high-tech IT companies growing stronger, eitherfrom the number of employees or the scale of business enterprises have increasedsignificantly. Thus the demand for computer hardware resources and procurementefforts are also increasing, which undoubtedly greatly increase the cost of the enterprise.However, hardware resources across the enterprise using clearly exists busy uneven.Theutilization of different resources vary widely and lower, resulting in all kinds ofdifferent periods serious waste of resources.Based on the above issues we raised this topic, and conducted research andanalysis. Combined with the development of the enterprise work on how to solve theinternal IT hardware resources busy uneven and improving the utilization of variousresources, given the relevant design and implementation, which focuses on thefollowing section:1) Proposed influence factors of computer hardware resourceutilization and solution ideas and methods.2) The enterprise idle resources integrationsystem (EIRI system) overall structure is divided into RM module, TM module, CMmodule and message center four core modules, collaborative work, without affecting thenormal user access to the system using their own systems while achieving the goal toimprove the hardware utilization. And respectively complete this four module designand implementation.3) Combined with the existing scheduling algorithms andscheduling policies proposed the applicable resource scheduling algorithms and taskscheduling strategy to the system.4)Complete front page display function to facilitatethe use of the system and monitoring. A front page is designed that can automaticallyprocess the submitted tasks and to observe and control them, combined with theback-end SQL database to facilitate the execution of administrative tasks.5) The systemdesign and implementation was completed will be deployed to the enterprise PCterminal and servers, then we conduct functional, performance and system testing etc. Inthe case of without affecting the host user our system can adapt to a variety of hardwareenvironments, and be correctly responsive to all kinds of emergencies in real-time.The design by the various departments idle resources collected for the needs ofdepartments, to achieve full utilization of internal idle IT hardware resources; Thedesign not only reduced at a specific time each machine overload state, let them busy balancing, but also to achieve the task fast, accurate and timely processing; Saving thecompany a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, greatly enhance theefficiency of enterprises, and ultimately makes continuously improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.In view of this issue is mainly targeted at companies where their own problems,but taking into account the issue of promotion and use, we need the program has betterportability. Thus in the design of the program, we do not rely on this system to othermodules within the enterprise in order to pave the way for future transplant system andinternational work.
