Design And Implementation Of Chongqing Telecom MSTP Circuit Resource Management System

In recent years, The related service network structure for NGN, PHS,CDMA areincreasingly developing as more IP-based and horizontal, and then followed as thestructure of transport network directly influenced by that. Then the Optical TransportNetwork tends to diversity development which combined with transmit and servicenetwork, which also drives up the leading role of metropolitan area network technologyand gets the favors of broad clients.Meanwhile, more tough new demands for MSTP circuit resource management andinformation construction also has been raised as the operation development.In this thesis, a completed MSTP circuit resource management system wasillustrated properly. Base on the full comprehension and analysis for MSTP circuitresource management of ChongQing Telecom industry, the system logic, overall,detailed design and test was completed reasonably, the main task and accomplishmentfor each stage was also shown clearly in the thesis.The database and list structure design for this system was based on thePowerDesigner15, which was developed by Sybase Corporation, and the foregroundapplication business function was achieved completely based on the PowerBuilder12.5,then followed by the strong backend database support from Sybase15.2. Finally andmost importantly, the mature C/S framework assures the system stability and security,also the accomplishment of the design target for the subject.
