The Design And Implementation Of Transportation Program Management System Of Chenddu Raiway Bureau

Recently with the development of information technology, computer technology has been widely used in various sectors of society. In the current situation of stable development of national economy, multiple data show a trend of massive growth. While previous methods of data storage complete the need of basic operations in government static departments, it is difficult to meet the demands of efficient management. So it is particularly important to complete daily work, combined computer and database technology with routine statistical work of Chengdu railway bureau and its subordinate agencies.According to actual demands, this thesis presents the stages of system requirement analysis, overall system design and implementation applying the software development principles, then implements Transport Project Management System based on PowerBuilder and Sql Server2000 platform.The thesis introduces the topic research background and significance, expected to have a whole recognition of the system. First of all, through comparing the popular database development platforms, this thesis points out that PowerBuilder is most suitable analysis development platform. Secondly study PowerBuilder platform's system architecture, database features and development methods. Consequently the thesis puts much attention to analyze, design and implement Transport Project Management System. The thesis describes the system function modules in detail using modular structure, then draws the system use case model on this basic. This thesis which combines database theory with the actual situation of Chengdu railway bureau and its subordinate agencies accomplishes conceptual design and logic design of the database. In addition against system security, it designs role-management solutions for security strategy. Finally this thesis illustrates in detail specific principles and steps of the important function of the system. Furthermore the key codes have been given in the core part of the system.The system not only meets the current daily statistical analysis of Chengdu railway bureau, but also strengthens unified management in basic data. It has passed acceptance, and officially puts into use.Practical application shows that the system has completed the design goals,improved the work efficiency,and achieved good practical effects.
