The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Charges Management System Based On HIS Platform

With the continuous development of computer network and hospital informatization, computer technology like information science, communication technology has more and more important influence on the development of medical and health care and life sciences research. In our country, with the development and reform of medical health in recent years, the hospital managers gradually realized that scientific and effective information management shall improve hospital management level and maintain the hospital’s own benign economic cycle, therefore, the hospital information system has unfolded.Hospital fees billing management system is an important branch of hospital information system, involves the clinic, pharmacy, hospital wards, and other business department, and it’s a very important part of daily work in the hospital. The goal of charge accounts management system is to strictly control the unity of the fees, the fee standards, and the fee receipt; provide the accurate reports to the financial department and related managers in time, therefore, to realize the hospital fees billing management information is beneficial to strengthen financial management, improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, shorten the operation time, reduce patient waiting time, reduce the omission of artificial operation, and ensure that all aspects of the hospital.This article mainly launches the research from the following several aspects.First, we did prophase investigation and analyze the hospital information management system in the outpatient service charging subsystem of the research background and the research status both at home and abroad through the way of information retrieval and literature review, and then described the system’s overall implementation problems need to be solved in detail.Second, the demand analysis part began with five aspects analyzed in detail respectively, as the summary of requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, the feasibility of the system and the main business of the case, then analyzed the business case for the modeling analysis from the system administrator, registered member toll collector, outpatient cashier, charge of hospital business, and finally gave a detailed analysis of the description, the design idea of the whole system.Third, as for the system design part, the design principles, design requirements, architecture design and overall function framework of the system were given; then the system design of the main function module was given, the system was divided into subsystems of registration subsystem, the outpatient service charge, hospitalization fee and administrator subsystem. Finally we gave the system data flow diagram and e-r diagram, and detailed design system corresponding database, and then complete the specific implementation work of the system.Fourth, the realization work of a system including the front-desk interface design and the backstage function development. The system used Visual Studio as the development tool, SQL Server as the database and C/S(Client/Server) structure, realized the outpatient registration, outpatient service fee, hospital fee, and systems management related functions. In addition, the system had the properties of friendly interface, easy operation, stable running.
