As China’s telecom market competition, telecom companies in the process of transition from a seller’s to a buyer’s market, only continuously improve their ability to market management and management level, in order to maintain the appropriate share in the fierce market competition. The current telecommunications network hardware infrastructure gap getting smaller and smaller, the competition is mainly reflected in customer service, so that telecom companies will be customer-oriented and value-oriented consumer psychology, business model and service system from the "business-centric " to " customer-centric. " Therefore, the major telecom companies, to develop a set of services for marketing management information management software is necessary.The current application of advanced computer network and communication technology to improve enterprise management level is the enterprise’s key competitive advantage, at present, the major telecommunications companies are marketing channel management information to carry out the work, this topic comes from Zhejiang Telecom Company. Through research, thesis work features mainly reflected in:(1) In this thesis, using J2 EE technology, select Struts framework based on MVC pattern implements a marketing channel management system. The system includes a marketing campaign management, marketing, channel management and other functional modules. Among them, the campaign management realized the marketing campaign launched, program development, implementation and assessment of the entire process of tracking and management; marketing channel management company provides independent channel management, channel management solutions for agents.(2) In this thesis, after analyzing user needs marketing channel management,focusing on the J2 EE technology in system development, software architecture of the system is given, then the various functional modules of the system is designed in detail and discusses the system implementation process of the database. Then, focus on the MVC application in system development, and on the basis of the MVC pattern, given campaign management, marketing, channel management coding implementation process. Finally, the testing process systems are described, given the system functional testing and performance testing methodology and use cases.(3) This thesis studies the telecommunications business marketing channel management system to achieve the separation of business logic and display pages to improve the application of the system maintainability, scalability, portability and reusability of components.After testing, functional modules and performance marketing channel management system can meet the actual needs of the user. Currently, the system has been formally launched in Zhejiang Telecom Company, from the health point of view, the process of the system design is reasonable, easy to use, greatly reducing the work pressure Zhejiang Telecom marketing managers, improve the company’s marketing management efficiency and level.
