Research On The Influence Of Blockchain On Commercial Banks

Fin-Blockchian is a new technology.Under the background of Internet,it will make great influence on commercial banks.Traditional banks have simple business and complex procedures,which cannot meet the different demands from big data environment.As a new technology,Blockchain can bring possibility to commercial banks.This thesis based on the research of Blockchain inside and outside of China,and combine its characters,drawbacks and different development stages,then makes analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the usage of Blockchain in commercial banks.It has also describe the limitation of Blockchain technology and potential usage of it.This thesis take India commercial banks,Ping-an bank and China Merchants Bank as examples,and analysis the benefits Blockchain can brings to the commercial banks.The thesis finds out that if the infrastructure can be built reasonably,the usage of Blockchain in commercial banks can save costs,speed the deals and safely share the information,and it can also help the commercial banks make wise decisions and optimize the management.The Blockchain has a broad future in its usage of commercial banks.
