The Design And Realization Of Qingren Company Fund Management Monitoring System

Qing Ren Company’s digitization and informatization office have got rapiddevelopment, but the traditional fund management information system has been unableto meet the growing needs of enterprise management, the traditional fund managementinformation system is mainly to solve the process of disbursement of funds andmanagement of fund means of payment, while the Qing Ren Company needs to builddebt recovery, fund raising, capital budgeting and control, fund procurement, debtrestructuring, fund payments, internal examination and approval, payment auditing etc.to monitor throughout the capital management processes. Effective and rational systemmanagement processes, combined with a sound system security control mechanisms andlogic control relationship, can eliminate most of the hidden dangers in the manual mode,which has a great significance in strengthening the company’s financial managementand fund centralized management. The purpose of this project is to develop Qing RenCompany’s fund management and monitoring system. Through this system people cannot only improve capital management tools, ways and means, but also can promote thecompany’s digitization process, in the meanwhile people can also more effectivelyreduce the company control costs, reduce capital occupation and financial expenses.This paper firstly conducts the analysis of preliminary research through ways ofinformation retrieval, literature consulting etc., and understands the developmentbackgrounds of enterprise fund management and monitoring system, developmentstatus and problems existed. Through summary analysis this paper presents researchsignificance and content, and then bases on the full investigation of Qing RenCompany’s existing various fund business processing methods and processes, and thenhackles all the covered business scope and all the associated layers of organizationalstructure. And this paper conducts a detailed needs analysis about the correspondingsystem functionality and performance, and carries out a further planning and design. Byusing JavaEE framework platform and ORACLE database management, and usingBrowser/Server (B/S) model, people can develop Qing Ren Company’s fundsmanagement and monitoring system. This system is consisted of six major functionalmodules—user management, fund plan quota management, fund gains management,debt ledger management, fund paying management, and fund business control and query operations. And it is designed to form the various functional sub-modules,encompassing all fund management business, and each module is based on andeffectively combined with Qing Ren Company’s own management needs to form theQing Ren in-company fund closing management mode. Next, it completes all theconcrete realization of functional modules in the design phase, including userapplication, user transferred in and out, plan applying, plan audit, plan quota application,plan quota reply, internal payment application, and internal payment examination andapproval. Finally, after the function and performance test, the results turn good. Thegood stability of the system meets Qing Ren Company’s needs of fund management andmonitor. The system meets the design goals and requirements.
