At present, production management business of electric power enterprise in ourcountry is in a stage of development.Because the electric power enterprise’smanagement and business is different, there is no a general software for each unit. Theinformation construction cost for designing a set of system is extremely high, andrelated management software is relatively scarce.This article is based on the currentelectric power enterprises under the background of development. We need to build theelectric power enterprise production management information system based oncomponent technology so as to improve the operation efficiency of the electric powerenterprise, power resources and power sharing and integration of the data, realize thestability, security and sustainability of the power supply.This research is arising fromthe demand of the current electricity market at the historic moment.This article based onthe characteristics of the electric power enterprise production management will exploreto share power resources, promote stability and safety the power system of managementsystem.Excavation of system function will strive to set humanity, interactive andinnovative features at a suit, improve the efficiency of the power system managementand promote the healthy development of power industry in China.Based on the advantages of electrical enterprise production management systemand J2EE technology framework,and also current software-thinking as a benchmark, itis designed as a electrical enterprise production management software.The entire designprocess of the main work is as follows:1. Through widely research instruments of literature review, it is compared thesoftware development level between domestic and foreign-related system.Also a varietyof methods in software designing is offered.In addition,this thesis chooses B/Sframework with low maintenance costs.2. According to the needs of electrical enterprise and participants, managementsystems requirements is designed. This article from the perspective of a softwaredesigner, divided the software to four subsystems——basic information managementsubsystem, production management subsystem, planning management subsystem andauxiliary decision-making management subsystem and these four systems in detailinstructions, pointed out the design direction of the management system. 3. Description and analysis four subsystems under the total system.And dividefour subsystems into various subsystems of different functional modules, thesemodules are named and functional setting. Finally, the system is encrypted.4. According to the design, electrical enterprise production management systemmanagement system is divided into four sub-systems, namely basic informationmanagement subsystem, production management subsystem, planning managementsubsystem and auxiliary decision-making management subsystem, and a detailed list ofhow each subsystem is running.5. After a number of functional tests, the results show that the systemcan operate effectively, can successfully achieve the desired objectives.
