With the rapid development of the global economy, the deepening of China’sfinancial reform and foreign banking institutions continue to enter, with the same kindof commercial rural credit cooperatives under enormous competitive pressure. Humanresources management also in the business management of all banks more and moreattention. Human resources management system as the key link-performancemanagement, but is subject to bank class enterprise unprecedented attention, hasbecome the core of banking business management focus. However, the traditional wayof manual examination not only created a human resources and a lot of waste papersupplies, and increased the computer statistical process error in the process, financialinstitutions has increased the difficulty of human resources management. Bankingenterprises need to establish computerized performance evaluation system to improveefficiency.With the rising number of bank staff, staff performance appraisal also becomemore and more complicated, the manual evaluation not only results in a large amount ofmanpower and financial resources waste, but also increase the frequency of errors occurin the process of calculation, probability statistics and management difficulty. Enterpriseneeds to establish a computerized performance appraisal system, in order to improve thework efficiency and more effective to reward and punishment.In this paper, based on the performance appraisal and management informationsystem theory, and combined with the actual performance evaluation of rural creditcooperatives, this paper develops a management information system in Visual C#environment. This paper introduces the requirements analysis, system analysis anddesign and system implementation of the performance appraisal system. System designsection contains the division of the functional modules of the system as well as databaseconstruction and code design, system implementation departments given the realizationof the main modules interface and implementation code. Testing the system meet thebasic requirements of design. the entire system is simple, friendly interface.
