With the rapid development of information technology, government departments atall levels, with examination and approval of modern computer technology to the workof the trend of automation and information have become increasingly prominent. Fromthis point of the project and at all levels of government departments for approval for theactual needs of the work proposed appropriate based on J2EE platform and XMLtechnology, e-government for examination and approval system management system toimprove the efficiency of the examination and approval work has practical significance.On the background for the development of practical applications, using the currentmaturity of the mainstream web development technologies, combined with J2EE andSQL database technology, designed and developed which is based on B/S model ofe-government for examination and approval system. The use of software engineeringprinciples and methods were first developed the system requirements analysis, systemfunctional requirements, and use UML object-oriented modeling technology, the systemis given step by step use case diagram and the system class diagram; weresystematically overall design, gives the system function modules, the system is dividedinto a great main function modules, also conducted system architecture design andsystem design of the database; part in the implementation of the system, including thedevelopment environment of choice, the system implementation of database access, themain function modules of the specific implementation, the key to the code module, etc.;the final test of the system, and system test results are analyzed, the system test resultsshow that the system achieved a very good user needs, the overall performance of thesystem to achieve the design goals.Implementation of the project examination and approval system of e-governmentfriendly interface and easy to operate, reliable and stable system, used for examinationand approval of the unit’s daily management to achieve the approval of managementreporting information management, promoting the unit’s scientific, standardizedmanagement to further improve work efficiency, improve the management system ofthis unit, but also develop a similar system for future reference and help provided.
