The Design And Realization Of An Interactive Information Platform Between Parents And The School In Sichuan College Of Architectural Technology

There are lots of rich and colourful interactive platform between parents and theschools in international and national universities. Although we have a campus platform,there is a limitation, which includes some simple columns such as message delivery,online working and so on. This one-way function just provides convenience for studentsto learn the campus information and for teachers to work online. With the increasingenrollment each year, there are some prominent problems such as the communicationbetween students and teachers, the feedback of students, and the interactive betweenschool and parents. With the development of the network, more and more families havethe computer and mobile phone network, so we can use this network as a platform tobuild a solid bridge between school and parents. Designing an interactive platformcorresponding with the feature of our college, and discussing the necessity andimportance of interaction technology used in our information management system. Theplatform explores how to apply the interactive technology to our information systemsaccording to these two joint points. In this way, the platform can lay a foundation oninformation management of the campus; mange the school through computerization andrealize the interactive information analysis between parents and school; enhance theefficiency of school management and provide the interactive analysis to network users,like school, students and parents; provide the technology support to the development ofinteractive platform between parents and the schools.The primary researches of the research are the design and realization of theinteractive information platform between parents and the schools, and its application inthe campus network. The design and realization of the tripartite interactive informationplatform is based on the survey and study of the present platform between parents andthe school, combing with the school-running characteristics. First, researching on thebasic theory of the platform exploitation with the data base and kinds of commontechniques; Then, analyzing the properties，functions and users of the platform as wellas its feasibility based on previous analysis. The platform is divided into publicinformation browse, the information of the students, the interactive between parents andthe school, the feedback of the information, and the management of the users; Next, Icarried on the specific research and design of each module. I have completed the finaldesign and research of interfaces corresponding with the each interactive module, which is based on basic theories, demand analysis and the function of designed modules.Finally, I have tested the interactive information platform between parents and theschool, and the result mainly meets the requirement. I constantly completing andimproving the whole interactive information platform between parents and the schoolaccording to the test result.
