Abstract/Summary:
Suzhou city in Anhui Province is a big agricultural one, in which rural population is over 80%. Suzhou is weather sensitive area because meteorological disasters occur frequently and also fragile agricultural production area.Large amount of meteorological service is needed in agricultural production. Although meteorological departments firmly focus on meteorology serving agriculture,but from the overall,agrometeorological service product exists fuzzy wording and pertinence is not strong. Agrometeorological service product lacks instructiveness on agricultural production. Research on agrometeorological index is dispersed, isolated and lacks Systematization, comprehensiveness.So it can't meet requirements in modern agrometeorological service work. Especial ly,information obstruction appears because large service product developed by research staff lacks effective Communication and Transmission Channels.In fact,farms, who most need agrometeorological information, get the meteorological information that is in great shortage.The meteorology serving agriculture interactive platform in Suzhou with ASP.NET 2.0 technology as original version uses models of Browser/Server and object-oriented method analysis of the platform. The development language is C# and the development Environment is Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 enterprise edition. The database system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000. This paper firstly analyzes the background of study on the platform, the purpose and significance and the present situation of the research on meteorology serving agriculture at home and abroad area.Then it introduce the technology of realization platform,including the platform system architecture patterns, database technology and so on. The paper also analyzes the requirement according to the platform,the design of software system and the eventual implementation. At the same time the paper analyzes many network security factors and makes information security policy adapting to this platform.The platform helps the researchers to find out opportunely the requirements of farmers. Research, establish and optimize the index database of meteorological services for farmers. It publishes all kinds of weather information service products to solve the practical problems that farmers in agricultural production encountered with the smooth network channels. At the same time, The platform provides a direct communication channels with researchers, farmers and other objects,and brings the interests to them.
