Campus security systems of Middle School attached to CCNU Project learn fromthe existing technological achievements to address the security risks of the school.Proceed from the actual situation of the school, we analysis and study school securitysector needs. The purpose of the system is to maintain order and security of the campus,and to protect the school teaching, and research work smoothly. Based on actualmonitoring needs of the different regions of the academic buildings, dormitories,playgrounds, entrances, we use a multi-level, comprehensive security strategy. Systemenhances the university campus security greatly.This paper systematically introduces implementation of Middle School attached toCCNU campus security management system project first phase. The project is a campussecurity monitoring system. The system uses PostgreSQL as the system database, usingthe H.264video compression standard. It centralized management of the scene the PCarchitecture DVR, embedded DVR, DVS and network cameras and other digitalimaging equipment and alarm equipment. Development steps of the system is to beadopted for the project development phase of the software engineering model, combinedwith a general-purpose application development platform for system configuration, andis divided into six stages, the definition of its major steps, discovery, design,configuration, validation, and deployment.This paper describes the significance of background, key technologies, systemrequirements, system design, system testing and implementation. The system mainlyconsists of five modules: user management, acquisition and transmission of video data,video data is compressed and saved video data retrieval system management. In thesystem design section, we describe the key design of the system, including the overalldesign, the design of video capture, video compression design, video retrieval design,storage center design and safety design. Finally, the Management Department ofZhongshan Municipal Public Security Bureau at the security industry acceptance ofsecurity systems, the system has achieved a higher rating.
