The Design And Implementation Of Security Monitoring Integrated Management System For Jiyang County Jail

As an important part of the government department,the detention center plays an important role in social reemployment.As the reeducation-through-labor department of Jiyang Country,Jiyang Detention Center is responsible for the management of suspects and other people within the area.Based on the current trend of modern security construction,Jiyang Detention Center decided to comprehensively upgrade the overall internal security capability.According to its flexible deployment,efficient management,real-time linkage and many other features,the detention center decided to improve all existing shortcomings.Based on the above needs,Jiyang Detention Center decided to develop Integrated Security Monitoring Management System.Integrated Security Monitoring Management System used B/S architecture,MVC design patterns,SSH framework,Oracle11g database,Tomcat7.0 middleware and other technologies.The application of B/S architecture and MVC design pattern laid the foundation of the technical architecture of the system.According to the basic idea of MVC design pattern,the data persistence,foreground display,business processing and other technical aspects were confirmed,and the SSH framework(integrating by Hibernate,Struts,Spring)was used basing on that.This framework integrated three distinctive lightweight frameworks.In addition,the application Oracle11g database and Tomcat7.0 and other middlewares enhanced the stability of system data security and simplified deployment tasks for the system at the same time.Integrated Security Monitoring Management System achieved main functions of monitoring center management,video recording management,daily operation management and graphical management.Monitoring center management contained functions of monitoring center implementation,local tour patrol management,TV wall management and monitoring check.Video recording management contained functions of video management and video patrol management.Daily operation management contained functions of on duty management,inspector statistics,alarm day report management and online equipment inspection and so on.Graphical management contained functions of electronic map management and three-dimensional model operation and other sub-functions.The research and development work of Integrated Security Monitoring Management System was connected with the daily work characteristics of the detention center and took full account of the business's specificity,importance and immediacy.Through the simple functional design and clear division of responsibilities,it was helpful for the staff to conduct a comprehensive and systematic control of the situation inside the detention center and to make a good response to emergency situations.With these measures,the normal operation of the daily business of the detention center was ensured,which was conducive to maintaining a good continuity of the internal order,enhancing the normativity of the daily work,and laying a solid foundation for maintaining social order.
