Construction Of Campus Safety Management Information System Of Chongqing University

The security and stability of a university is an important part to construct a "harmonious society". The university security department is the administrative functional service of university safety control which assumes the management of campus public order, safe guard, fire prevention and other traffic safety problems. But the management of information, the standardization about information material and information transmission, and the promotion of information management methods are often ignored, while the security work was carried out by campus security department. Therefore the construction of the campus safety management information system takes a great significance for advancing the university information-based of security department and strengthening the information standardization management and ensuring the security and stability of university.In view of the requirements about the operation management and the daily information management for Security Department of Chongqing University, this paper integrates the current development status of management information system, to design and develop a new information system of Chongqing University's safety management. This system provides a friendly man-machine work interface for the staff. And the system's feasibility and amity, the information management's reliability and timeliness have been guaranteed which make the information management networking, flow process and the standardization of security department, and enhanced the service ability for quick reaction and the working efficiency for the campus security incident.The paper investigates the technological basis for the establishment of management information systems, and it introduces .NET framework relates to technologies, and Unified Modeling Language UML. The Framework of class libraries in .NET construction, the improved and integrated developing environment, the flexible rich programming language functions as well as the corresponding database technology have been used to construct the solutions of campus safety management information system. The unified modeling language has been used to analyze the requirement of Chongqing University's safety management information system, mainly including the analysis of overall demand, operation process and system. On the basis of system analysis, Chongqing University Campus Safety Management Information System has been constructed. According to the requirement, the system's function and construction design, type design, data structure design and so on have been made. This system selects the software platform of the Microsoft.NET, a simple, practical, user-friendly, and a good expandability campus safety management information system has been developed.
