As the information era develops and the broad application of computer network,information system related to various sectors rises in response to the proper time and conditions and such recruitment system,library management system,archive management system,management system of school roll information and enterprise's production as provide convenient working model for workers of different fields.Nowadays,departments responsible for the the management of campus security tend to lay emphasize on the security safeguard on the reality while neglect managing information.Safeguarding work's informatization is left far behind that of the society,even behind the campus' s.Therefore,safeguard information is in urgent need of realizing a systematic information management through network technology and other means.The campus safety is closely related to the life and property safety of people both in the campus and out of the campus. In recent years, the vocational colleges expand their enrollment, so the surrounding environment of the campus becomes more complex. The cars around the school get in and out frequently. In addition, the increase of campus' teaching facilities brings a huge pressure on the campus' s security work. At present, the security work of colleges and universities not only has the previous campus security patrol,campus monitoring, but also has the household register management of teachers and students, management of motor vehicle information, management of campus safeguard team, management of firefighting and the work of military equipment and conscription as well as other aspects. Moreover, the previous manual operation is not good for preserving and searching for the data, thus causing the inefficiency, backward information feedback. It is likely to bring the man-made statistic error, which is not good for the supervision and management among the departments. Therefore, designing and realizing the system of campus security work information management has the great significance for achieving the office automatization and carrying out the university campus' digitalization.In the system, practical work content in campus security of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology is regarded as the design reference module. Users for this system could mainly divided into two groups.One is the users who use foreground client-end system,including students,staff,in-campus cooperative enterprises,contractor units of in-campus operation and the fire-fighting managers of different departments.The other contains managers and secondary mangers of school-level system who use the background client-end system.The realization of this system could improve the current situation of information storage,query,check in,registering and business counsel to facilitate staff's and students' daily use and improve the safeguarding efficiency.Analyzing on this system's technical,economic, demanding and operational feasibility,we found that the system is the typical B/S systematic structure, uses object-oriented programming language Php and is developed based on Thinkphp framework. The free and open-sourcing Mysql relational database is applied. The reception uses Html and Css, etc. Developmental tools are used in the system included but is not limited to Zendstudio, Dreamweaver and Photoshop, etc. The server website configuration applies internationally popular Lnmp framework. The system mainly contains the following functions, including household register management of teachers and students, motor vehicle management, safeguard team management in the campus, fire control management, communication for information and consultation, etc.Broadly speaking,students,staff,in-campus cooperative enterprises and operating contractor units could handle a vehicle intelligent cad,download materials,check personal information and the progress of business handling,and the final decisions on this system;managers of different levels could also operate fast check,management,summary,deleting and adding on in-campus vehicles and the census register information of in-campus staff through this system. Besides, managers could feed back the progress of business handling to the users and answer their questions in time and file the fire-fighting security archives to each departments so as to monitor their working progress.This paper introduces the design and implementation of this system from the aspects of development background, research objective, feasibility analysis, system's whole structure, database design and functioning as well as other aspects.
