The Research And Design Of Campus Security Monitoring System

With the development of education in our country,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is constantly expanding;the degree of campus openness and the socialization of logistics service continues to rise.In recent years,the security incidents on campus have occurred frequently.As an important means of campus technical protection work,the construction of the security monitoring system can greatly improve the campus security management level.Taking a university campus security monitoring system project as an actual scene,this paper has researched and designed the software and hardware programs of the campus security monitoring system,accomplished the acquisition and processing of system information and designed the monitoring center and management platform.The seven functional modules,internal video surveillance,intrusion alarm,access control management,vehicle management,campus patrol,behavior monitoring and video quality diagnosis,are integrated in the same platform for centralized control and management.The system has realized the information extraction,processing,transmission and sharing and coordinated the actions of each module by comprehensive use of each module function.The system platform not only supports a variety of regular service functions,such as real-time monitoring,point query,PTZ control,video playback,voice functions,alarming statistics,mobile services,but also supports management functions,such as user management,device management,alarm management,video management,security management and network management.The system can implement all-weather no blind area monitoring andobtain the dynamic information at all times,thus it could lay a solid foundation for managers to handle all kinds of emergencies calmly and accurately and quickly.
