EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) applies to business-to high-value fixed assetsmaintenance, maintenance, tracking and other business management, asset-intensive business-oriented management solutions. MAXIMO is currently on the market, the most widely usedenterprise asset management system. As asset-intensive companies, power generationcompanies according to their characteristics, based on the establishment of MAXIMO productproduction management system, and improve enterprise management level based on theupgrading of the production management system, information is critical to achieving the plantmanagement.In this paper, relying on power plant projects, according to the latest regulatoryrequirements, a new generation of MAXIMO system for power production managementsystem has been upgraded, with emphasis on safety supervision management subsystemdesign transformation is studied.The core security monitoring and management subsystem upgrade is to achieve the goalof building power plant safety supervision and management of the production informationmanagement business model to comply with the standard power plant systems and thebusiness work to achieve standardization, standardization, lean meet power plant safetysupervision management business needs. The main tasks include:1. The system needs analysis. According to the needs of the business sector’s consolidation,security monitoring and management subsystem set of three modules, each module is asecurity check, security rectification module, and the module checks the security zone.2. The data safety monitoring subsystem design. The preparation of safety monitoring subsystem workflow service processes. SafetySupervision and Management subsystem has its own workflow service system, users cancustomize the workflow in the system, by the workflow service system workflow engine todrive conduct their business. System to build a unified business process environment, eachsystem can be used to customize the environment, operation, management, receiving, andprocessing, to achieve a variety of customization and management of business processes inthe same place, while ensuring that each system operation of the quality of businessprocesses.5, the system functions to achieve the application.
