The course of table game in simulation is a frequently used training method inMBA education and enterprise management training both at home and abroad at present.In order to improve the pertinence and utility of management training among all kindsof staff members at different levels in our corporate, and give full play to the advantagesof sand table simulation class software course,we cooperated with the softwaredevelopment company to develop the table game in simulation system.To help students to build enterprise management decision thinking framework,thispaper has carried on the sand table simulation software system requirements analysis,and has build the theoretical system. It almost includes all branches of management inthe table game in simulation course, e.g. business strategy、marketing、Production andInventory Management、cost control、investment and financing、human resourcemanagement.; And establish the corresponding management model. The model include:Balanced Scorecard theory、BOSTUN matrix、Just-In-Time(JIT)theory、the price、breakeven analysis、cost distribution and effectiveness theory、the payback period ofinvestment analysis、 cash flow forecast and control、"Short Slab" theory、Competencetheory, etc.The software system selected Excel as the development platform and made use ofExcel functions, diagrams and macroefficiency to carry out the development of tablegame in simulation system. The Excel functions we used include: IF and IF nestedfunction、SUM function、MAX function、CHOOSE function、SERIES function andself-defining function.The software system in simulation system was classified into student site end andteacher end. We set up six management teams at the student site end, each of which wasdesigned in accordance with the functional divisions of the enterprise organizationalstructure, including general manager, marketing department, sales department,production department, procurement department, financial department and humanresources department to simulate the whole process of management decision-makingand operation of the enterprise in6years. The teacher end made use of the managementmodel and the operation data at the student end to carry out quantitative analysis andcontrast evaluation on the management circumstances and results of each management team every year, thus guiding the students to improve the strategies.Compared with the software system of the same kind, our table game in simulationsystem has the following characteristics:First, it established the theoretical framework of the course of table game insimulation. Besides, it modeled and visualized the management theory. It appraised andselected the optimal team and post through the multi-dimensional quantitativeassessment on the procedure, post, cost, performance and alike of the managementteam.Second, it realized automatic generation and data management of a large volume ofdata through Excel functions, diagrams and macroefficiency. It imported the studentdata into the management model to carry out quantitative analysis and evaluation, whichcould help the students comprehend and master the management theories and methodsvisually and briefly.Third, it fully demonstrated the management philosophy of ERP, thoroughlyachieved online information operation and established a set of comprehensivethree-dimensional enterprise information management tools. It realized the insertion ofthe main rules and automatic monitoring of table game in simulation.
