| Development and Design of Data Management Subsystem in TV University Exam SystemAs the fast development of information age, education,more and more teaching management system and examination system are marching to the thorough computerization, it can be shown in education aspect obviously. Our as university realize that examinations are very important for students under the study mode of self-studying by many medias and organizing examinations uniformly when carry out distance open educations as one of the province university which is the subsidiary of Central Radio and TV University. Ho w to ensure the students can be able to exam online accurately, fairly and effectively, solve the conflicts between teaching managements and techniques and promote the forward development of distance open education have further meaning.This article is based on solving the conflicts present exam system and educational administration management system, make the exam system more perfect, save the human and time which have to need to waste, and meet the requirement of exam management and educational administration management as much as possible(1) Realize the data conversion between educational administration management and exam online, it will be able to produce needed data version document corresponding to the difficult examinations, check and correct the reported data through basic information of educational administration management; (2) Correct some weakness of exam system, adopt the random computation methods to realize the mixed arrangement too solve the original exam place in order, and make the exam more fair; (3)Complete the missed exam data to avoid data distortion by the human causes;(4) Data analysis order to produce the exam paper analysis reports, and shown using the OLE technique produced drawing; (5) Produce educational administration management leading data, reduce the artificial input mistakes;(6) Analyze and discuss data safety problems and give out the solve methods. Teaching management and examination affairs management are the leading two important parts in the university management, especially the performance management, which should not be any minor neglected. For our university, as there are variety of examination systems exist simultaneously, so errors occur easily between during the data conversion process, besides the two sets of data format accepted by the education administration system are different, and human error often occur with manual input, so how to solve the conflict between management and technology becomes the key issue.System development changes a lot with variety of formats in different periods of the Open University of China, which results in the lack of technical support or secondary development, but due to some special reasons, we can not cancel this system at the moment. With the new development of the educational administration system, there are many test data that cannot be input directly into educational administration management system, what's more, even some data need manual input to the educational systems, which lose the meaning and significance of the computer examination, at the same time, human input can also cause incorrect data that have a certain influence to the student performance.The skill level of the management and technical staff in the branch school and teaching department are different, and because of the unified national examination time, so the lack of school staff becomes the serious problems too, which also bring trouble to the carry out of the training work. In addition, there are many examination systems in the Open University of China, so some individual system updates very fast, which are also inconvenient for the staff to quickly grasp.How to simplify the system operation process? We should try to avoid the human intervention and make the system easy to learn, just similar to the fool-operation. We should try to make all test systems be compatible with each other and provide a specific format for the variety test systems. According to the requirements of the Senate, we will improve some of the examination system to meet the standards. By recovering the test data and transforming them into a specific format, we can input the information directly to the examination System, which can avoid the manual entry errors. We should also greatly improve the work efficiency, address the growing collapse between the examination system and the lack of personnel and strive to make the non-professionals quickly grasp and apply the system, so that we can make the work in an orderly and reliable conduction.Our university manage the online exam of Radio and TV University, and quite familiar with many kinds of online exam system, acquaint with the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of system, these designs we have done can meet the system requirement, and solve the problems existed in the system greatly, improve the working efficiency and solve some problems which are difficult to operate by the unprofessional technicians the same time. |
