Learning MS Office is an important part of our course "Computer fundamentals". The formation and consolidation of knowledge points have to go through repeated operation-evaluation-feedback process. This process also needs to be adaptive to results during practice. To get objective results, tests have to be on computers. Although there are a lot of automatic testing systems on the market, they did not provide users with content and standard score on questions of information management and feedback of operational errors. With existing systems, we would not be able to change exam questions, the exam questions would not be specific to our needs, and students would not clear what go wrong.In this thesis, we study Excel software related to the courses. Designed with the "standard rate information recorded representation" store marking information, "marking assembly," read the classified knowledge points property value of open test, scoring methods based on Production representation.The implementation is based on. Net framework. This system realized automatic question selection, scoring, and operating error feedback. It uses "ClickOnce" for deployment and update. This system is esigned to automatically identify the operating range and worksheet, extract according property values. Teachers would simply perform correct operations in Excel, then select the knowledge point to test through the system GUI, it will automatically generate questions and answers. We designed GUI based error feedback model with XML and Actions Pane. During the training, a student can perform repeated operations, and get feedback within Excel. The system achieved a in-depth analysis of test results based on association rules, relationship between knowledge points and scores, and find the correlation between knowledge points. It makes central management of the exams.This system overcomes the shortcomings of existing systems, achieves open exam question generation the scoring. It automates question generation, training, marking score, error feedback, performance analysis, and other aspects. It reduces the workload for teachers on all aspects, facilitates student learning, and improves learning outcomes. Furthermore, it meets the requirements on curriculum and examination on computer-assisted learning.
