Design And Development Of Maintenance Costs Of Rural Low Voltage Network Management System

Because maintenance costs in rural low voltage network are lifeblood ofcountry electricity economy, it is necessary to carry out standardized cost management.Computer-based information system, applied to management of the rural low voltagenetwork maintenance costs, can provide digital management platform for managers andemployees, and manage effectively costs and human resources.Then,on topics,the system implementation, the system runs a technical is chosenrelated to combine theory and technical specifications.This project uses MicrosoftCompany’s techniques ASP.NET to construct management of the rural low voltagenetwork maintenance costs information system, which is based on B/S scheme, makesuse of the advance of ASP.NET to develop web application, uses C#advancedprogramming language to design the front desk, SQL Server2005to develop thebackground database, and utilizes structured development method. In order to transferthe system to production environment,the sysem is based on the developmentenvironment of windows server2003software system and IIS6.0server.Next, the framework of this project, the system function modules and data storagehas been designed. In order to making the system be developed and maintained easily,the system takes a three-tier framework presentation layer, business layer and data layerseparation. The system database is the core of information systems. It is installed on theserver side. The data about the system users is stored on the server database.The serverand the database management system provide the users with data storage managementservices.Furthermore, the system of the subject uses a structured development methodology.The system has comprehensive features to meet the needs of management of the rurallow voltage network maintenance costs in Sichuan province and to achieve the desiredresults. In this paper, it has elaborated on the development process of management ofthe rural low voltage network maintenance costs in Sichuan province in systemsanalysis, design and implementation.
