In the future, for efficient management of enterprise by using computer information technology, is the inevitable demand to adapt to the modern enterprise rules, is the business bigger, do the necessary conditions for strong. For the sales of enterprises, scientific, standardized sales management, is the cornerstone of enterprise management. Plastic raw materials sales management, there are lots of repetition, trivial but for accuracy demanding work, manual operation is not only needs lots of manpower, but also prone to error. The use of computer information technology can improve sales management sales, improve accuracy of sales management. Sales management is reliable, convenient, secure, low cost, high efficiency using the computer information technology.This paper mainly completed the following research contents, in the first chapter, elaborated the plastic raw materials sales management system for Guangzhou Chaorui Trading Co. Ltd. the research background and the research and current application status, and then the research content and I do the work summarized; in business analysis, the system business is described, including organization structure analysis and summary of business problems, and then the original business process analysis and gives after the transformation of the business process; in the functional analysis, the paper through the case analysis, and use case description, clear the function of the system, and gives the package diagram system, and basic information maintenance module, order management module, payment, delivery management module module, complaint management module, management module and background management module return seven sub package diagram management; in the data analysis, the thesis through the thumbnails of the system functions data are analyzed, and the analysis of the relationship between each function entity class, then set up a database table structure; the last is a summary of this paper and prospect.
