With the development of the informatization, the business of traditional supermarket can not satisfy the development any more. It's urgent to introduce new management form, to reduce production cost and increase profits. This article acquires first-hand demand of the supermarket through interview to different kinds of roles, and analyzes various demands, including informatization of staff, products, and sales, and demands of decision-making. The advantage of supermarket is that products are cheap and good. To accomplish the goal, the supermarkets need to choose the cheapest channels to supply, and adjust the amount of supply according to customers shopping behavior. However, many supermarkets can not handle very well. This system realizes not only basic informatization of products, staff, and sales, but scientific basis for decision-maker. Meanwhile, It also provides the feature of comparing different providers to measure the profits and income from various providers. Also we establish a few measures to know the operation of the supermarket.
