| With the development and the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,colleges and universities logistics management is becoming more and more high qualityof service requirements, especially the standardization of the logistics warehousemanagement and information technology. Now, use the computer to theinformationization of logistics warehouse management, is the realization of officeautomation and the important way to improve the work efficiency. However, a lot ofuniversities have not yet introduced the information means into logistics warehousemanagement, instead, they are still using the artificial methods for the classification andstatistics of goods and the filling of forms, which not only requires a lot of manpowerand resources, but also their management efficiency is very low; although someuniversities have purchased a variety of management software from the market, mostsoftware can achieve the powerful functions but not practical, or the managementinteroperability is too complex, or there is poor performance stability, etc., which isincompatible with the requirements of modern warehouse intelligent management.In order to improve this unit logistics warehouse management work efficiency andstandardized management, I conducted the systematic research and analysis on thebusiness process of logistics warehouse management, and developed the informationsystem suitable for our logistics warehouse intelligent management according tomanagement needs analysis. With the design and realization of logistics warehousemanagement system in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as the example,this article analyzed the research status of domestic and foreign warehouse managementsystems, especially the application and analysis on relevant software systems ofuniversity logistics warehouse management, and by using the advanced databasetechnology, it designed and developed the management system software with universitylogistics warehouse management characteristics.The main functions which this system can achieve include the warehouse enteringmanagement, warehouse delivery management, inventory management, online repairreporting, and statistical reporting etc. The main features of this system are that, withthe functional management of administrators as the main line, through the research onthe database design and system operation process, it used UML tools for the analysis and design of system administrators, proposed the design ideas and overall frameworkof this system, and it achieved the integrated intelligent management of logisticswarehouse by using the currently most widely used B/S structure mode.This system selected SQL Server2000as the background database, with ASP asthe programming language, using DreamweaverCS3as the development tools, thissystem is not only beautiful interface, concise, and easy to use, but also has thefunctions of physical returning, inventory alarm, inquiry printing, evaluation andassessment etc., which can greatly meet the application needs of university logisticswarehouse management personnel.Based on the research of this article, the university logistics warehousemanagement will have a great promotion and development during the practice, so as toimprove the efficiency of university logistics management and improve the nationalteaching and education quality. |
