Facing these vast amounts of data, how to extract useful information resources or management in decision-making related knowledge, and help hospital scientific management, improve service quality, reduce the medical malpractice, the doctor-patient dispute, make the hospital core competitiveness, these have become the most concern of the top hospitals. In this field, using data mining technology research has become very meaningful. Can not only provide more perfect management for ihs, but also opens up a new world in the field of data mining application.In this article, the research work mainly based on hospital information system, on the basis of the introduction of data mining and data warehouse technology and, through the construction of outpatient information and billing information data warehouse model, using data mining technology to analyze outpatient fee structure information and patients.
