With the social progress and economic development, people’s lives are becoming richer,"Telecommunications" already becomes an essential part of people’s lives. As the increasinglydemand for value-added services, the business of telecom companies are also expanding. Withthe national reform process, the market environment among telecom companies has becomemore rationalized, and the competition will be fiercer. Three major telecom companies aredeveloping their own brand, constructing high quality services to get more customers,maintain and improve customer retention.Because of the development of value-added services in the telecommunications industry,there were many SP (Service Provider). PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systemplays an important role in how to efficiently and accurately manage the SP information, howto improve the business relationship with many SP, enhance the effective utilization ofresources, improve product diversification. It not only enhances the level of SP cooperationamong the telecom companies, but also accelerates the pace of progress in the process ofbusiness diversification, increases the level of automation production, enhances productionefficiency and promotes customer service. Therefore, PRM management system has becomean integral part in telecommunication operation management work.In this paper, the PRM system in the telecom business operation support system wasstudied, as the research object. Through in-depth analysis of the PRM system function,development platform based on J2EE, Eclipse and Oracle, the key technologies of theworkflow engine were introduced and studied to design and implement the system.Firstly, the architecture of the support system for telecom companies was introduced,the business and system functions of the PRM system was analyzed and outline designed. Thecombination of the above the PRM systems analysis and design, WADE (Web ApplicationDeveloper Environment), a framework for the introduction of workflow engine technology,WebService technology, multi-threading technology to solve the PRM system of value-addedbusiness information synchronization, multi-province into settlement and differentiated needsof all provinces, the core problem. The system uses a workflow engine to support the businessprocess customization and configuration of node attributes to resolve differences in demand in many provinces. Using WebService, multithreaded technology, the definition and theestablishment of a standard interface, operability and scalability of the system were enhanced.Finally, the overall analysis of the system shows that it is fully functional, state-of-the-arttechnology, high reliability and adaptability.
