The city urban underground pipeline is an important part of the infrastructure, urban construction, planning and management of important basic information. The system is the use of GIS technology, modern relational database, network technology, multimedia technology and other expertise, storage, management, update, comprehensive analysis, planning and supporting information to address urban underground pipeline systems.System uses the C/S system, three-tier architecture (application presentation layer, business logic, data storage layer) mode; use Oracle10g Enterprise Edition as the system database; use ArcSDE spatial data and spatial data engine as the interface between the database; Based Geodatabase data model, build a scalable and efficient data base information model, and spatial data and attribute data integration, storage integration; use. NET technology provides a COM interface with ArcEngine as a development platform, successfully ground in Tianjin Pipeline GIS.Database management subsystem consists of underground pipeline data storage, map manipulation, graphics, browse editing, data management functions; Information Subsystem applications will include landing system, the basic operation, data query, statistics, spatial analysis and other functions.The system to promote the standardization of information of Tianjin underground pipeline to urban planning, construction, management of underground pipelines in the formation of a large number of scientific data storage and management. The large number of single, scattered and lack of a coherent project information and data into separate organic information resources. Real-time, intuitive and fully reflect the characteristics of the urban underground pipeline, attribute and relationship, information browsing, querying, statistic, analysis.Underground pipeline to achieve data sharing and applications to provide timely and accurate high-quality information, services and decision-making on scientific management.System scalability Speed up urban development, frequent changes in the pipeline, the management mechanism of adjustment, the underground pipeline system only inclusive flexibility to adapt to this change.
