The Design&Implementation Of The Public Security Science And Technology Information Management System

In today’s rapid development of science and technology, the public security organs must change ideas, advance with the times, strengthen the construction of science and technology, strengthen learning, and set up better and more efficient new ideas for people serving, so that the public security could exercise their duty of maintaining social stability, striking crimes and service for the masses. The development, perfection, advancement of public security organ’s means, technologies, equipment and science&technology system is the representation of development, satisfaction and advancement for public security job, whilst it is also the critical content of public security job, especially on science and technology perspective. Therefore, the public security organs should improve public security science and technology system and the level of scientific management. Public security organs must establish a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable conception of development, co-ordinate the relationship of "building" and "management", in the aim of achieving scientific decision-making, scientific management, and scientific application, finally seeking practical effects.From the perspective of management, this paper studies the information resource management, resource planning and engineering theory, realization process as well as the techniques of the software development. Besides, on the basis of the practical research-management work, this paper uses reasonable management process as the standard and makes overall arrangement as well as management of declaration, recommendation, approval, project tracking, acceptance of concluding, awarding and achievement popularization related to the science and technology project, with the ultimate purpose to improve the management of the research process and scientific achievements, and to improve the veracity, effectiveness and efficiency of the research management.This paper is focus on the practical science and technology information management process, the basic goal is the development of science and technology information management system, improve the scientific research project management level and work efficiency, make the science and technology information sharing, and monitor scientific research of the whole time, promote scientific research and production activities.The system adopts Visual Studio.net2008development platform, C/S mode, C#programming language, as well as the Access database, it makes the system has characteristic of interface friendly, practical function, easy operation, high reliability, easy maintaining, easy expanding, so that it could conveniently and effectively manage the information and help leaders and manager to make reasonable decision and control for research activities.
