TED as a non-proift academic platform,called for " using the powerof ideas to change the world’’,they advocate the communication skill,entertainingspirit, creativity ability. TED learning model is based on T: Technology, E:Entertainment, D: Design for the spirit, using a variety of modern mediacommunication tools for learners in various ifelds by displaying short lectures,interactive talks, PPTs and audio media in order to achieve diversiifcation of learningform,ubiquitous learning conditions, lfexible technology of the new learning mode.In China, the practical courses in higher education need a lot of skills throughextensive relfection to increase their knowledge, proifcient skills. Practical coursesface challenges which need strong practical ability and creative spirit. The traditionalpractice of college classes show how to be able to change the way of thinking,the useof effective learning aids to solve the practical problems faced by Universitiespractical courses,that is what the author try to looking for.Micro Courses swept the United States as a new curriculum learning aids,in "Khan Academy"",upside classroom" with flexible short teaching point for learners toprovide timely and effective teaching aid. This kind of aid is not only save time,butalso refresh learning eiffciency. The author draws on micro-courses in the UnitedStates to play a huge influence in education, TED-based learning model for teachingpractical reality Universities courses are explored, the author references to thelearning mode TED graduate courses in educational technology "TV teachingmaterials "Designing the corresponding micro courses, summed up the theoreticalbasis of the micro-courses-teaching design at the core,speciifc learning model as thebasis, as well as exploring the micro-curriculum designing process. Learners werequasi-experimental study, compared the application of micro-learning courses to helpacademic performance before and after the experimental group and the control group.In order to veriyf the effectiveness of micro-learning courses and helpfulness, Basedon TED’s~nTechnology, Entertainment, Design", as well as the dissemination of ideaslearning mode TED: Ideas Worth Spreading (dissemination of ideas, sharing of life).
