Facing to that situation, this paper mainly has studied on the management andsecurity architecture for the small and medium-sized enterprise, to meet the needs ofdocument management in the small and medium-sized enterpriseThis paper forced on the management and security architecture for the small andmedium-sized enterprise, studied on the management and security, analyzed the reasonablemanagement and the security of document; make the document architecture for the small andmiddle-sized enterprises. Firstly have analyzed the characteristics of document of the smalland medium-sized enterprise Have classified the document according to the usage ofdocuments. Combining with the current way of the document management, the process ofversion control and the document storage model, established the document managementarchitecture for the small and medium-sized enterprise, made the document managementmore reasonable.Secondly focused on the problem that there is inefficiency and low-security in thedocument management of the small and medium-sized enterprises, according to thecharacteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzed the file unsafe factor, thispaper have advanced the document security hierarchy model that divide and file level andestablished the security architecture for small and medium-sized enterprise documentmanagement. Security hierarchical model refers to make the relatively independent securitystrategy according to the division level and the safety characteristic in the each file layer. Thefile system that contained the multilayer safe mode became more secure. The architecture has been adopted hierarchy, worked out the security policy on the different level, leading to theimprovement in the efficiency and security.Finally, according to the management and security architecture of the small andmedium-sized enterprise, based on the data storage and management of the document, fileoperation monitor, user access control and data backup and restore, design and implement adocument security management system for the small and medium-sized enterprise. It hasrealized the document management rationality, safety, reliability, integrity, documentsoperating undeniably. It makes the document management more reasonable, the usage andprotection of enterprise resources more effective.
